Anushka Sharma is furious with Phantom Films.
Nope, it’s not because they gave her the biggest flop of her career so far Bombay Velvet.
Its worse (yeah, we know, thats kinda hard to believe). Anushka is yet to receive the pending amount of Rs. 1.5 crore from Anurag Kashyap for Bombay Velvet.
She has been talking smack to quite a few industrywallas about the director, who is part of Phantom Films. Her concern is now that the film has tanked, she might never really see those precious Rs. 1.5 crore.
In sharp contrast, the makers owed Rs. 12 crore to Ranbir Kapoor. As soon as the actors father Rishi stepped in, the sum was cleared.
Poor Anushka is feeling lost because she has no papa from the industry to take up her cause. The feisty actress will have to fight this battle on her own.
